Effective September 9, 2026. Strideglass is operated by Allaa Khayat and provides walking observations for adults in the United States.
Information we use
We store your verified account email, private uploaded videos, derived landmark and event data, reports, projects, and conversations to operate the service. We also collect limited event counts and campaign attribution to understand visits and completed product actions.
Private video and retention
Videos are stored in private AWS storage. Access requires ownership checks and temporary signed links. Uploaded video, replay media, and frame-level landmarks are deleted after 30 days. Reports and conversations remain until you delete them. Daily encrypted backups may retain deleted database records until backup expiry, up to 30 days.
Your AI provider
Structured observations and selected conversation context are sent to the provider you choose: OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini. Raw videos are not sent to those providers. Their own terms apply to the data they receive. Gemini use with personal gait information requires a billing-enabled project.
Personal API keys stay in the current page’s memory by default. If you explicitly save a key, we encrypt it on the server. You can remove a saved key from settings at any time. We do not put keys, footage, chat contents, or gait findings into analytics.
Payments and service providers
If credit purchases become available, Stripe processes payments. We do not store card numbers. AWS provides hosting, identity, storage, and email infrastructure.
Your choices
Delete a project to remove its videos, reports, and related conversations. Delete individual chats or saved keys in the workspace. For account deletion or a privacy request, contact the operator using the support contact shown below. We do not sell personal information or use private uploads as public examples.
Scope and security
Only upload videos of adults with permission. This is an educational service, not a clinical record system. No online service can guarantee absolute security; our safeguards include private storage, encrypted connections, and account-level access checks.
