Who this service is for
You must be at least 18 and use this service for adult walking observations and general education. Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload footage of children, bystanders without permission, or content intended to identify or assess someone without their consent.
Educational scope
Reports are estimates based on a camera view, not medical diagnoses or validated clinical assessments. AI explanations may contain errors. Do not use Strideglass to make emergency, treatment, employment, insurance, or other consequential decisions about a person.
Personal AI keys and free use
Your AI provider bills you separately under its own terms. Personal-key accounts can receive three free video analyses per calendar month, subject to service capacity. We may pause new work to keep the service within its operating budget.
Prepaid credits
Hosted credits are initially unavailable. When enabled, the checkout displays a $10 prepaid balance, with $2 per completed analysis and $0.10 per completed chat response. There are no subscriptions or automatic refills. Failed actions and rejected footage release reserved credits. Contact the operator about unused-credit refunds; applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
Retention and availability
Media and frame-level landmarks expire after 30 days. Save anything you need before expiry. Reports and chats remain until deletion. We may suspend abusive accounts, enforce capacity limits, or change the service with reasonable notice when practical.
